What is the recommended dosage and protocol for supplementing with Creatine Monohydrate?

To effectively supplement with Creatine Monohydrate, we recommend starting with a loading phase:

  • Take 3-4 scoops per day (15-20g/day) for 5-7 days.

After the loading phase, transition to the maintenance phase:

  • Take 0.5 to 1 scoop per day (2-5g/day).

For individuals with substantial muscle mass, high activity levels, or those who don't respond optimally to the standard 5g/day dose, higher dosages (up to 10g/day) during the maintenance phase may be beneficial.

Timing & Mixing:
